Returns & Refunds
Your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days — health & safety regulations apply to opened nicotine items.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason, provided the products are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or once the security seal is broken:
- E-liquids and nicotine salts
- Disposable vapes
- Pre-filled pods
- Mouthpieces and drip tips
This restriction is permitted by EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).
3. How to start a return
- Email sales@eliquidhub.eu with your order number.
- We send you a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
- Pack the items in their original sealed packaging.
- Drop off at the carrier — refund is issued within 14 days of receipt.
4. Faulty or damaged products
If your product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace or refund at no cost to you, in line with the EU 2-year statutory warranty.
5. Refund processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Bank processing may add 2–5 business days.
