The legal agreement between you and E-Liquid Hub when using this website or purchasing products. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing eliquidhub.com or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding contracts under Finnish law, and that you accept these Terms in full.
2. Products & nicotine
All products comply with the EU Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) and the Finnish Tobacco Act (549/2016). Nicotine is an addictive substance. Products are intended only for adult smokers as an alternative to combustible tobacco.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in EUR and include Finnish VAT (24%). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected age-verification fraud or pricing errors.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (Klarna, Stripe, MobilePay). E-Liquid Hub does not store your full card data.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Liquid Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be settled by the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer-protection law allows you to bring a claim in your country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
